Hi, I'm Amanda Kronberg

For years, I tried to follow all the “rules” of health—count every calorie, chase the next workout trend, and fit into a space that never really felt made for me.

I created this program because I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with your body and disconnected from your goals. Not because you’re lazy or unmotivated, but because the traditional approach never actually worked for your life.

I’m a certified fitness trainer, but more than that, I’m someone who believes that health doesn’t have to come with shame, pressure, or burnout. I believe in slow progress, small wins, and giving women the tools to show up for themselves—without needing to be perfect.
